Effective February 1, 2025, Deer Oaks EAP services will be doing business as AllOne Health EAP. AllOne Health will continue to provide services for all employees and dependents of Hays CISD.
The EAP benefit will continue to cover 4 confidential short-term counseling visits and is at no cost to employees and their families.
AllOne Health has considerable expertise and clinical knowledge possessed by its clinicians and numerous convenient locations. AllOne Health clinicians are well versed in helping clients of all ages, from young children up to the elderly—all while maintaining confidentiality.
The EAP can assist with many different types of presenting issues, such as stress, depression, anxiety, workplace difficulties, substance abuse, marital problems, family or parenting conflicts, grief, violence, and unhealthy lifestyles. The EAP can also provide additional assistance with tools & referrals for:
- Childcare and Eldercare Resources with Referrals
- Vacation Planning
- Financial and legal issues
- Online Will preparation tools
- Retiree Assistance
- Medical Advocacy
- Life Coaching
- Reimbursed Ride (Cab, Uber, RideShare, Lyft)
AllOne Health is available when you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AllOne Health will also coordinate with the employee’s Health Plan for cases that are not EAP appropriate and require treatment under your medical benefit.
