Welcome back Falcons!

I am excited to be back as the Assistant Principal at Pfluger Elementary School.  My name is Michael Snead and I cannot wait to meet each and every student and their families this year!  It is my belief that all students can achieve growth and success with the help of teachers, staff, families and the student. It is hard work, but it is worth it.  Once students achieve any level of success, they want to continue to reach new levels in their education.

I have spent most of my career in Hays CISD and I do not plan on leaving. In my teaching career, I have taught almost all content areas and levels in Middle School and High School.  I spent a few years as an Instructional Coach, or a Teacher of Teachers, to increase instruction and engagement.

The leadership at Pfluger have the same passion for students becoming successful and helping them reach their goal.  We are here to help see the students grow and will do what we can to help them reach it.
